Terms and Conditions by joining a Pro Party Crawls LLC tour you accept the following terms and conditions:

• All Sales are final.
• All participants must be ages 21 and over. Must be able to provide a government ID/Passport. 
• Pro Party Crawls LLC does not take any responsibility if the guest(s) is over-intoxicated or engages in any dangerous activity which causes illness, injury, death, loss, or damage as a result. Any persons who are injured either prior, during, or after utilizing the services of Pro Party Crawls LLC shall not hold Pro Party Crawls LLC or any of its managers and employees/contractors responsible. Pro Party Crawls LLC will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from injury to personal property or injury to a person.
• Pro Party Crawls LLC is not responsible if a guest is denied entry or asked to leave the club/bar by management due to their behavior, dress code, or intoxication level. No refunds will be given at this point.
• Pro Party Crawls LLC owns the rights to all photos and videos taken. The client grants Pro Party Crawls LLC the permission to use their image, likeness, photos, and videos for social media and promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket from Pro Party Crawls LLC the client waives any rights of privacy or compensation associated with the use of their image(s) for the commercial purposes outlined above.
• There is a group booking minimum for all tour products. If the group minimum is not met, Pro Party Crawls LLC has the right to cancel the tour and will grant a full refund or alternative booking date.
